What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first establish contact with the customer to go over what type of work they are looking to have done.
We then set up an appointment to go over their property with them or some customers choose to just have us come to the property and contact them afterwards.
We will draw up an estimate and either email or mail it to the customer.
