What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have called to respond to a customer's inquiry we set up a time to speak face to face; listen to their thoughts and opinions; provide detailed feedback and give general information about how the estimated cost of project as well as a time table.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have attended classes sponsored by
Manufactures detailing new installation techniques
as well as updates to existing methods.
Once completed each attendee is giving a certificate
by the factory trainer for course completion.

We consider each customer and each job to be unique.
There is no one price fits all price.
Therefore each customer and job receives pricing that pertains to their own personal situations.
