Maidex Maid Service

LIMPIEX Cleaning Service Inc., based in Hamden, CT, has provided janitorial and facility maintenance services across Connecticut since 1992. The company serves businesses and homes, with specialized medical and terminal sanitation for hospitals and pharmacies.

Services include ongoing janitorial programs; medical and terminal cleaning; floor care and maintenance, including stripping and waxing; carpet and upholstery cleaning by hot water extraction, dry foam, and dry extraction; window washing; construction clean-up; and maid services. LIMPIEX supports a range of environments such as medical offices and facilities, retail, government, banks, schools and universities, manufacturing sites, and other commercial buildings.

Operations emphasize environmentally responsible practices, using Green Seal Certified products, microfiber systems, chemical-free flat mops, and HEPA/high-filtration vacuums. Materials and methods align with Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) and LEED standards.

A Facility Quality Assurance Program promotes consistent results: Quality Assurance Inspectors rate cleanliness, meet with clients, and help tailor programs to schedules and site needs. Staff members are trained to use state-of-the-art equipment and follow procedures that protect occupants and property.

For residential customers, Maidex Maid Service is LIMPIEX’s dedicated home-cleaning division, offering house cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and window cleaning with the same equipment and green products.
