What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start by discussing there needs and wants and then take that to come up with a plan the gets what the are looking for within the budget. A detailed design for bigger jobs and always a detaile proposal assures all parties know what has to be done and what to expect everyday of the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for architecture and civil design for residential and light commercial work. We are always gong to continuing educational seminars and workshops to learn new codes, products and techniques.

Pricing is job based. Every job is unique so every job is priced accordingly.
How did you get started in this business?
I help build my first house T 10yrs old and have always had a passion for building and carpentry work

All customers are welcome to talk to us, if we can do your project in your budget then we’d love to work with you
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you know what they are doing in a detailed proposal or contract and make sure they are licensed with the state and have enough insurance to cover your project in case something happens
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
what do I need vs want
whats my budget ( you want to be at least 10% below it with your contact so you have a reserve in case something unexpected comes up)
