It is rewarding to help small businesses thrive. Computer support goes beyond the technical aspects, it is about enabling people to be able to do their work, or talk to family overseas. When an office is in crisis its is our pleasure to help them recover from critical failure so they can continue to do what they do well.

We take the time to establish the primary objective and inventory their equipment. From there we develop a plan of action, execute it and work alongside our clients to reach their goals.

Our services are billed in two ways. One is the hourly break/fix model and the other is service level agreement. Please contact us for details.

We work with small business medical facilities, legal firms, accountants, contractors and consultants. We also work with residential customers and home based business.

Make sure that your professional understands the scope of the project at hand. Make sure that the professional exhibits proper communication skills.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should communicate what is the hardware that is involved and the main objective that they are trying to accomplish. They should also consider budget and time limitations.
