What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with all types of properties in all our services. When contacted for a quote, weather it be for mowing or and outdoor living space, we make sure to contact you within 24 hours. Most times within an hour or two. As promptly as we can we meet with you at a day and time that suits your schedule. We make sure to get all your needs in that meeting. We will then provide a quote via email on larger projects or right there in writing if it's a smaller project or mowing quote. Once our services are approved by you, we will send you a contract with scope of work and our policies. It's that simple. Sit back, relax and let us do the work. We look forward to hearing from you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rick McCarty has two years of horticulture and business management through NVCC and UConn. Brothers Outdoor Services LLC has been in business since 1991 so we have plenty of hands on expierience. Each employee is well trained and will make sure your property is taken care of like you want it.
How did you get started in this business?
I fell in love with this industry while still in Highschool. My math teacher had me work for him after school mowing lawn and doing small odd jobs. I loved being outside. Still to this day. Who doesn't like an office that's outside.
