What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First they contact me or me to them and we discuss issues and problems or what's entailed for the job. I then provide many different options based on pricing and or preference of the customer. All work is always to code and is a safe as you can possibly make. Then agree on price or hourly rate and then precede with job as soon as the customer wants. We always put customers first and their wants and needs. You tell us how you want things and we accommodate best we can based on our codes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Complete training in all fields of work! Including generators and smart homes...etc if it has wires we can either troubleshoot it or install it. We are 3rd generation family owned and we have over 68 years experience!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing can be anywhere from 70$/hr to 90$/hr based on the intensity of the job and or if commercial or residential but we more likely like to give a firm price so the customer knows what it is unless it's something that has to be by time and material then we let you know what the hourly is.
