What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hand them a Zitro business card. Listen to the description of the problem. Give the customer and idea of what the problem might be. Check the device and get back to the customer with the diagnosis and how much it will cost to repair. The customer then decides if they want it fixed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in Computer Science. Fifteen years of directly working with personal computers in the fields of hardware, software and networking.

How did you get started in this business?
It was something I always wanted to do. After taking a package offered by the company I worked for, I decide to make a dream come true.

Ask for references, and check around for prices. Lower prices does not always ensure quality services.
