What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check the reviews, especially the most popular, Google! Beware of fake reviews all posted within a few days, or a lack of any current reviews.
Also watch out for businesses that change their names frequently, they are usually doing this to escape prior bad reviews.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
When deciding if you should repair or replace an item, think about how many programs are installed, do you still have the disc it came on and the license keys?
If your unit is over 3 years old, your hard disk may be beyond its expected lifetime. We can replace it with a brand new unit, either Hard Disk or Solid State Drive, and duplicate all of its contents from your old drive. you can then keep your old drive as a complete backup in case of ANY future issue!
Think about how much data you have saved on the unit... Pictures, Videos, Documents, Spreadsheets, Music. Is this data backed up somewhere?
And dont forget all the saved passwords!
