What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

It is advised to firstly check ID, verify business accreditation and qualifications, then further narrow down choice to reasonable pricing.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Customers should be able to clearly explain the issue experienced.

They then need to consider if issue is worth fixing and if they can afford fees for services.

The customer should prepare to enquire how quickly they can get the issue resolved and should the problem re-occur, would it fall under the service warranty and if not, what will be the procedure for expired warranty services.
