Firstly there is an introduction and that is followed by acquiring clients contact information. We continue on by discussing issue that needs servicing, negotiating fees, and setting up appointment time, which can be as soon as within an hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

There is a $95.99 fee for on site diagnostics which is non refundable. Upon completion of diagnostics, customer will be consulted about the final pricing for services rendered.

It is advised to firstly check ID, verify business accreditation and qualifications, then further narrow down choice to reasonable pricing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should be able to clearly explain the issue experienced.
They then need to consider if issue is worth fixing and if they can afford fees for services.
The customer should prepare to enquire how quickly they can get the issue resolved and should the problem re-occur, would it fall under the service warranty and if not, what will be the procedure for expired warranty services.
