We provide an industry-leading Limited Lifetime Warranty on almost all repairs and a Certified Technician Training program for our employees who are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality repair at a fair price. Your warranty is good at any CPR store so if you are traveling and an issue arises --- you are covered.
We use A+ rated parts by our trusted vendors and not generic components. Please note that not having seen your device, we can only estimate the cost and timing of the repair. Irifixes does a 20-point inspection on each device upon receipt and upon completion of the work to ensure your device's performance. We do the repair in this way to assure you do not have issues in the future. Most of the repairs take about 30-60 minutes depending on the type of the device and how many repairs are in line ahead of you. To avoid possible traffic at our location, you can alternatively schedule an appointment via the below link, and eliminate any waiting time.
If your repair request is subject to ordering parts which aren't in our store inventory, you will be receiving an invoice in your email. Once your invoice is paid, your parts will be ordered and shipped out on the same day. Usually, our orders are delivered from 2-5 business days via standard shipping method. Expedited shipments are subject to additional costs.
Warranty Policy:
All our parts including refurbished components come with 1-Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty. As we run a comprehensive inspection process on all incoming devices, we principally accept full liability on affected components during the repair process. We will cover all the costs of parts and labor if the affected component is repairable and reimburse you for the market value of the device if the device is non-repairable. Additional information about our warranty policy is provided on the Order Authorization Form which will be provided when you bring your device. If you are going to mail your device, please let us know so we can send an online Order Authorization Form.
