Residential customers are charged a $75.00 hourly rate plus parts. Business customers are charged a $100.00 hourly rate plus parts. The is no charge for travel within a 50 mile radius
How did you get started in this business?
I have worked I have worked in the computer field for many years and found my skills under utilized so I decided to open my own computer consulting business

I have worked with residential and business customers as well as Point Of Sale retail businesses

I was able to recover data from a defective hard drive for a client that had critical data they needed and had no backup in place

Ask them about their experience in computer repair and ask for references from prior customers
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should be able to describe the problem they are having as well as writing down any error messages they receive which will assist in diagnosing the problem they are having
