What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When finding out what the homeowners needs are I work within their goals and objectives. As the needs of clients change from person to person I adjust to standard deep cleans, painting, Home sales prep or move in/move out deep cleans. People most generaly like a meet and greet as do I as it helps them get familiar with me and helps us both to communicate throughly and more relaxed for starting their job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the hospiality and service industries all my life. Organizing and implementing projects, working with contractors, also with and around crews. I excel at project and time management to not lose efficiency and overall throughness on the job.
