What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I gather information from them personal contact and work info. And then give suggestions and then schedule them. I have a 24 hour turn around time once scheduled. Will get text updates in their appointment. After the job is done I will go over it with them and see if there is anything that I do better.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to trade school and got certificates, worked for other construction companies and grew up doing this with my dad.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge a $25 service call fee, because we do not charge for mileage. We do not mark up materials because we ask the client to provide the materials. We can pick up the materials from Home Depot after doing a phone sale with the client, there is no charge for pick up
How did you get started in this business?
My father was in this line of work and I grew up helping him.
What types of customers have you worked with?
no job is too small or too big for us we have over 200 employees and have about a hundred and fifty subcontractors that are trained in different types of fields so if there is a job that we cannot take on we have a subcontractor that is licensed and insured to do so we work with commercial industrial and Residential Properties

I put in a wood floor and it took me a week. I did the whole house, all 3 stories
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I think my customers should look up about the business what is there reviews say how many years did been in business just a general research about a company before they choose to go with them
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they want done, price of materials, price of time of professional.
