What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do our best to respond to anyone that reaches out via text, by phone, email or carrier pigeon as quickly as we are able to do so. And, only when we know that we will be able to give them the fullest attention that we know they deserve. If there is a delay, it is only because we're doing the same for whomever it is that we may have been helping at the time they reached out. Or our hands are covered in paint, etc. We will return the call, and encourage the client to express why they reached out in the first place. Once we've listened, and have demonstrated that we understand, and, that we are a good solution for their needs. We schedule the earliest appointment and met in person to put eyes on the project(s), and to formally intoroduce ourselves, explain any and all avenues in which we can help. It's really just the beginning and our first chance to earn their consideration toward trusting us to help them. So, it is never rushed. Then, with details listed, we will put together a formal (written) quote and unless it is a large list, or complicated project we get it back and into their hands for consideration usually within 24 hours. We'll go over any questions and ask that they please let us know how any part of our quote may be reworked so as to come to a mutual, "this is right" agreement. We really do want to help. It's more than bottom lines for us. We've been at this a while now. Transparency, honesty, integrity and communication is always the best way to do business. They'll get no less from us.
