What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we like to set up and appointment to come by and give them a quote which is based off of the size of their home and whatever they need to get done. Once we come by and take a look around their home we work around a price that suits best for them and for the work we will be providing. We then get them set up on the schedule with a day and time that works for us and them. They can be there when we come we don’t mind at all. Or they can give us a key and we will use it whenever they are at work or running errands. This then just becomes a normal routine.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in the cleaning industry for about 20 years, and I enjoy it very much. I love showing new customers of my potential.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

It really just varies on the size of the home, every home is different in it’s own way. We try to be as fair as possible with our prices.

How did you get started in this business?

I moved down here from Breckenridge where I was working at, and decided to start my own business with my daughter since I trust her to do just as good of a job as I do. We work well with home owners which motivated us every morning.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

The moments we are fond of are the ones where we get new customers . It makes us very happy to know that new customers trust us enough to allow us to start working for them. That’s our favorite part of what we do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Understand that the prices you will be receiving are different. Everyone charges differently, please respect that and don’t compare them to anyone else’s because only we know how hard or job is and how much dedication we truly put into it.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Just inform us of anything you need and your daily routine so we can have a better insight into who you are and so we can understand you and your situation better
