Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure we can be of help and like to offer only quotes or proposals that are fair for a win-win experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For training I would stick with experience and common sense.
I believe education is something we grow up into and by the way we treat others and doing what's right..
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, we have a standard pricing for quotes and for our proposals.
The trick for us is to stay in market value and don't under bid any jobs.
Sometimes we like to match a quote with a better guarantee or if market allows then we give a discount when the client and contractor in charge come to some agreement.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always had 2 or 3 jobs because liked having extra cash or the idea of having cash, and also the idea of learning different trades.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I would say I've had them all but I believe I'd be wrong. I've had very easygoing customers, picky ones, tough ones, and even generous ones. I treat them all equally.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
I would say I like them all they each bring a story from start to delays to seeing them through
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Like I said we like to be fair.I've been told we're a little pricy but well worth it.
I'll be blunt in pricing and give out honest opinion to clients interest
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would recommend to ask for references and possibly seeing previous similar projects.
If they feel good just to ask what they need to get started and we'll just work out a plan and see it through
