We are a local, family owned and operated business, in Lafayette, Colorado. We guarantee our work. If you aren't happy, we will come back, and fix it. We offer exceptional customer service. We will work with you to customize your cleaning preferences, scheduled day & time, and preferred cleaning products. We offer a 2-hour response time (during business hours 9-5, Monday-Friday), on all new job requests. We often have openings available as soon as the next day. Setting up a cleaning is as easy as sending an email, and answering a few questions.
We are a family of 5, so I know how valuable time is. Ultimately, that is what we are offering, more time to do the things that really matter. I am happy to give parents time to go on walks with their kids, provide for their kids, or spend the evening re-connecting with their husbands/wives/partners/friends.

My husband and I work together to make these improvements on a daily basis. We bring to the table 2 master's degrees, over a decade of experience in the service business, and a passion for giving families more time together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask you a few questions about your home, and any special notes you have. Then, I can tell you exactly what your cost will be, and what scheduling options are available. Finally, we will get your personal information, like address, access preferences, and payment information. Then you are all set. I can schedule your first cleaning next day, in most cases.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. From small offices, to large houses. We can do it all, and we have learned how to adjust to various customer requests, from timing preferences, to team preferences.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A customer sent me an email telling me how good they feel knowing such kind women are cleaning their home. The customer came home mid-cleaning, and saw one of our staff members petting and playing with her dog. I like knowing that our staff are good people, even when no one is looking.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would advise that every potential customer asks about insurance, theft protocol, damage protocol, key storage, taxes paid, and client reviews. This will tell you a lot about the professionalism of the company you are dealing with.
