With Attention 2 Detail cleaning services we stand out because we will change the linens, make the bed, pick up toys, load dishwasher or wash dishes, take out the trashgo out of our way to make sure our customers get that wow experience when we come to do a cleaning. they want you to have toys pcked up, dishes done, beds made, just overall pick up, if not they want to charge you for doing these things. With Attention 2 Detail, we feel that these things are part of delivering excellent customer service and there shouldnt be an extra charge for these things, you just do them , its part of our job. We also do flat fee pricing which we charge by the room starting with a flat fee per 1 bedroom and then each additonal room is 25.00 and additional bathroom 15.00. that way you always know what your paying and theres no surprises. Going above and beyond for our clients, helps build a rapport with our clients, and instills trust and reliability.
I generally love to clean, I love the feeling of walking in to a clean house, being in a clean kitchen, using a clean bathroom and sleeping in a clean bedroom. to me that truly is inspirational . it is my belief that there are many benefits of being in a clean space, but the biggest one for me is having clarity and positive mental health and ii I can give that to my clients day in and day out, than that is a total plus for me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to do a walk through of their place, and we go through a checklist, going through the whole house, using the checklist, I willmake notes, and keep track of ezxactly what the client is wanting, any special requests or problem areas that need to be addressed and from there we'll schedule the time for me to do the cleaning, using the same checklist used in the walk through. customer satisfaction is very important to me so the checklist ensures that Im following exactly what is expected which leaves no room for error. when the clenaing is finished we'll go throught the checklist again and make sure everything was addressed. customer satisfaction is the number one goal with Attention 2 Detail Cleaqning Services.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I sucessfully completed Angela Browns Saavy cleaner course in April of 2021.
I am a memeber of ARSCI which is a house cleaner, janitorial work group ad have been a member since 2019.
I am continuously listening to podcast and watching cleaning gurus get the latest, up to date cleaning tips and hacks, always keeping up on industry standards for my clients
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do have a standard pricing theme that seems to work for me, which help to deliver quality service, standards and a way of cleaning. I have a flat rate for a 1 bed 1 bath house which is 100.00, a 1bedroom consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. and from there I do a 25.00 extra charge for extra rooms and 15 for each additional bathroom. that way customers always know about what their cleaning fee will be. sometimes that changes due to the condition of the home and number of pets. we take all of these thiungs in when doing pricing.
How did you get started in this business?
Ive been interested in the cleaning business for quite some time, when I was younger I was a medical assistant and our focus was making sure the patients room and the instuments we used were always very clean. after that, I worked as a independent contractor for a few cleaning companies and thats when I noticed the things that if I had my own company I would change and I started my own company in 2019. I believe in the many benefits that can be achieved by having a clean space, not only mentally but physically as well.
