George M.

Friendly, helpful, and experienced. I got referred via word of mouth, and they have always been trustworthy. They do a great job of explaining things in a way I can understand. What more could you ask for?

We started in 1982 with one of customers we still have today.  We do virtually NO advertising, and have grown to 7,000+ loyal clients primarily by word-of-mouth referrals from our satisfied families and businesses.

We help everyone from teens (to learn how NOT to get a virus) to small business owners (who need just as much protection as a large company), to seniors who need a little help and tutoring.

We've taught classes to over 1,000 students at a time before and have many helpful videos online!

Personally, Scott enjoys teaching novice computer users on using technology to enhance their lives whether it be Google, Facebook, or protection from scams.

One of the biggest projects we had recently was moving a surgical office from one location to another in DTC.  We coordinated with all the contractors, X-Ray Machine Techs, phone company, Internet Company, and helped them have a successful move!

Ask your friends first.  Hear about the good and bad experiences they've had.  We've heard horror stories where the sherrif's office has to get involved for the IT guy to call back.

Some IT people will do the "easiest" thing, and that's to backup your data and erase your computer.  That isn't the best thing for the customer.

Make sure you have them communicate with you daily about their progress.  Most repairs should take less then 48 hours.

How long will you have my computer?

What's wrong with it in easy to understand language?

Have you ever had a complaint?

Have you ever been sued?

Are you ensured and bonded?

Is my computer covered while in your posession for full value?
