What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, would have a discovery call to see what challenges our new client is facing. A detailed Statement of Work, if appropriate, is provided to the client for review, and another call or meeting is held to ensure that everything is covered. Once a Statement of Work is in place, we have two guarantees:
1. We guarantee our price--no cost overruns
2. We guarantee our work--if our client is not happy with our work, they do not pay
There is *no* risk for our clients!
