What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to give 💯 all the time... i like to make sure the customer is satisfied with the work.. I like to give a walk through when finish. So that the customer is happy and approves the clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning industry for 10yrs. First with houses then with commercial companies. Like gyms, restaurants,schools, recreation centers,etc... I also worked with construction companies in the pass as labor and cleaning.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My minimum prices is 150... that includes windows vacuum sweep mop bathroom and a 2bedrooms house oven and fridge. Dust light fixtures wipe and cabinets wipe...
How did you get started in this business?
I started in this when young my mother has always clean. And it came easy to me I enjoy making people happy with the work I do.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have work with all type of ppl no discrimination. From stay at home mom to doctors lawyers etc... everyone deserves a a clean home!!!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We went to clean a move out for some folks at an apartment complex when I was done the manager came in to check. She love the Cleanliness that she ask for my number and hired me. To clean 2 apartment for her on a Sunday.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Give ppl a chance to help you just make sure you get the work your paying for!!!

What ever is in your mind no question is Dumb..
