What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try to make this a easy process, since you've already got a lot going on with moving. I just need a address and a way to access the home and ill go in and get it cleaned up. I send photos and invoice. Lock it back up. I figure after your stuff is moved out, the last thing that you want to do is go back and clean, you want to be at your new place getting settled in. So leave your old place to me and I'll get it taken care of and ready for the new occupants.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have training in safety with chemicals from the nation safety council. I am also a certified carpet and fiber technician for carpet cleaning.

I price by the sq ft and depending on the condition of the home. Carpet cleaning is an add on service and I am always running specials for that service. We are your 1 stop shop, no need to schedule cleaning AND carpets we get it all taken care of and get your place ready for new tenants.
