What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I do free estimates. I make sure my customers get what they want and need. I set up a plan and then we view it together and come to a conclusion. Finally, we get the job done!

How did you get started in this business?
I have been doing this type of business for a long time and I finally put my skills into work. I have always been good at doing concrete work and I decided to start my own business. I started off by doing estimates and that's something that my customers really appreciated and that's how my business uplifted.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of customers! I serve different types of races, genders, and anybody who needs their yard fixed!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say to go with someone who doesn't worry about pricing instead they worry about their customers being satisfied. Although, the pricing is important the results and the satisfaction of your customer is 10 times better.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should ask,

• Why is this pro better than the other ?
• What benefits will I receive?
• Will I get the job that I was looking for?
• Is it efficient and in a timely manner?
