What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we come out and give a free estimate unless it is a moveout cleaning then we will ask all the questions over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 28 years of experience in janitorial service ranging from hospital, vet offices, dental offices, offices, apartment complexes move-in and move-out clean's.

How did you get started in this business?
R F cleaning started out in 1997 with Briana and Linda Ragland, me and my lovely mother work side by side for many years until 2008 when she became ill with lung cancer passing away in November of 2017.
Which led to RF cleaning service closing down from 2017 to 2020 and now it is me and my son's Shawntino, Marchello, and others as needed. We are delighted to be back in business.
