What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is "THE" key to providing an excellent customer service experience. Understanding what the client is asking for takes asking the right questions so that both parties understand the goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing trade work for over 25 years while holding a master plumbing license in the states of Colorado, Maryland and Delaware. For the better part of my career I've done service related work which requires diagnosing the problem and doing the repairs with minimal property damage.

Service pricing is based on $125.00 dollars per hour. Project pricing can also be quoted.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If you are looking for a professionally trained, licensed and isured indvidual or company it will cost more to have the job done correctly. It takes years of knowledge to perfom at a professional level.

First thing to consider is the real cost to fix the issue or concern.
