What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a walk through of the job with the customer and obtain all info needed to provide an accurate quote.
Send the customer the estimate
Apon approval a meeting is set up with the customer 2-3 days prior to starting to go over job expections, timelines, paint choices, contract, insurence, deposit, job details, and workmanship warranty
Day prior to starting the job paint and materials are purchased and delivered to the jobsite.
Daily reports given via email or phone calls
