How did you get started in this business?
Necessanity; I was un-employed just out of college.
Landed a service contract with a property management company that had 300+ rental properties, we handled everything under the roof.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential clients --Mostly women
Commercial -- mostly chains (Village Inns, Payless Shoes, Holiday Inn ....etc.
Goverment -- Air Force Academy
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I replaced a vinyl floor for a lady who was waiting for movers to removed washer/ dryer for this install as agreed, they were giving her the run around, she was worried I wouldn't do the install.
I removed the appliances installed the floor and replaced the appliances, for the same agreed price.
It was worth the SMILE.
