What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prepare my concrete books, the colors, the stamps and my notebook because I always draw a plan for them to see and be sure that is what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
If I measure the feet while removing the work, I take out the yards of cement, it depends on whether the client wants colored cement or just gray, or if he wants to stamp or just regulate, that changes the price a lot
