What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send an estimator out to meet with you to discuss what you want done and are we are usually able to provide an estimate on the spot. For more complex landscape designs, we will have our designer meet with you to go over your plans, step by step, providing expert advice along the way. She will then bring your ideas back to her design room to work up an estimate.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No we do not have a standard pricing system at this time and simply because there are so many different variables to consider. Each job is priced according to the specifics for that particular job. We do offer free estimates so you know, up front, what the job will cost.
How did you get started in this business?
We started our business in the hauling industry with 1 truck and a 2 man crew. As our children grew, so did our business. We now staff a crew of over 15 with a majority being family.
What types of customers have you worked with?
No job is ever too small or too big so we have worked with homeowners and big corporations. Feel free to call us about any job.
