What we enjoy about the work we do is pretty much everything from been outside, to meeting with great and different people everyday, the reaction we get from the customer when our job is done.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way we operate at H1 Concrete LLC is we first like to meet with the customer at where the work is to be preformed, go over details of the work, take measurements, and talk about material such as if you liked stamped or groomed concrete, color or no color etc. Than we go back to the office calculate material amd labor, send estimate to customer, follow up, schedule work if estimate is accepted, send over contract, and than show up on agreed date.

The way we price out estimates is by tallying up all our material cost, labor cost, and difficultnes of the job than we add all that up and send it to the customer that way we have an accurate price range of what it's going to cost for the job and usually (unless customer adds work load) our estimates don't change once we get the job done

We have worked with various types of customer. Mostly residential customers such as homeowners, but also commercial customers such as general contractors, property maintenance companies, and real estate companies
