Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we sit and talk with the client. Receive the entire details of the project at hand. Next step we deliver a estimate to the client. At this point we will speak to the client again and see if they have any questions or concerns with the estmate. If the client agrees with the estimate the final step is a company contract. Once the company contract is signed we begin work according to the contract start date. Most times at this point I will go with client to get supplies. This is to help carry and and transport the heavy supplies. We also pick up at will call for those customers who wish to call in their supplies, or order them online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer over 20 years of experience and knowledge in painting and home improvements.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not have a standard pricing. Our pricing goes per project. With that being said, we are extremely competative with our pricing. We are lower than market which aids clients in completing an affordable remodel.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of clients. From individual private home owners, office buidings and apartment/condo complexes.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
First never pay the full amount of the project upfront. With most companies there is a deposit of some sort. Yet this should never be in the full amount of the project. I feel the most a contractor should receive upfront is 30%. That is for a project that would last longer than a week. Additionally ask for references, at least 3. Call those references and ask detailed questions such as: Is the client satisfied with the work from the contractor? We're they clean, on time, and reliable? Is there any complants the new client should be aware of? Never hesitate with any questions. After all this is your home or office project. You should feel comfortable that is will be completed to your desired finish. Lastly search the company on the internet. Search there business name as well as run a BBB search.
