What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a meeting where we take a look at the job site and discuss design ideas.
At that meeting I review company information regarding the important stuff like background, experience, insurance and lien waivers.
we will then look at dozens and dozens of patio projects to get a good feel for what the client would like as the end result.
I deliver a price at that meeting so there's no waiting around for quotes that never show up in your email. That price is guaranteed for 90 days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers tend to be the ones that have been frustrated with what they feel are unprofessional contractors that don't show up for scheduled appointments, don't return phone calls or never follow up with price quotes.
They're generally in what I would call the "middle market", meaning they don't need the patio to be gold plated but they also don't want to fall apart in a couple of years… They want great quality at a reasonable price.
