What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to come out take a look at your project and present to our clients ideas. Showing them options they have. We take our measurements, then we get them a quote and sent out to them within 24hrs. If accepted we add them to our schedule, fill out a contract with them have both parties agree. Then we do the job within a time frame.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have took classes on decorative concrete, sealers, and how to make concrete durable. We attend the concrete expo every year.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For new installs we tend to charge anywhere from $4 to $6 a sqft. For removal and replacement we tend to charge anywhere from $5.50 to $7.50 a sqft. For decorative concrete we tend to charge anywhere from $8 to $12. Smaller jobs are not charged per sqft. This all includes 4000 psi straight concrete, wire mesh as steel, rebar into foundation where applicable for extra support, road base as dirt filler, compacted, and a 1 year warranty.
How did you get started in this business?
This was a career that my father first learned as his first job 20 plus years ago. A trade he passed down to me as to learn. Now we both work together and own a small business.

We have worked will all types of customers residential, commercial.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To make sure they ask what type of materials they are using and ask as much questions about quality of work and options. You would like someone who can answer all this questions to know you are getting a right hire. Make sure they know what they are doing and are dedicated to there work.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of materials, show past jobs, and to have all works explained, and for contractors to show them all there options and not not just go average.
