What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will send a representative out to the property first to do an estimate. If they approve the work, we will call or email before performing any service if they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5 Arborist on staff and 5 Qualifed Spray Supervisors. We have a training program for any new employees.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer free estimates for tree & lawn care. If the call requires a diagnosis, a $60 consultation fee applies. However, it can be applied toward any service if put on order. We go out to each property to generate a custom program to fit your specific needs. An estimate that includes prices for each service(s) will be emailed or left on the door.
How did you get started in this business?
Kevin Jones has been in the industry for 40 years. He started the business in 1988. Tom Goldtrap joined Kevin in the beginning and have been going strong for 29 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work at residental and commercial properties. We primarly work in the Denver Metro area.
