What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask the Homeowner or GC what days and times work best for a on-site Estimate. We will provide brochures, color charts and picture samples. We will also help the customer, come up with a basic design or a custom design.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Every job is different, but we We provide a full detailed cost Proposal. If the job is under $10,000, No Payment until the job is complete.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Concrete Pool Deck with a Stamped concrete coping, Sand finish in the middle and Stamped concrete borders with stain. My crew and I did an excellent job for the homeowner. It took us one week to complete.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always get references, get a full detailed Proposal and time frame to complete. Check to see if the contractor is licensed, insured and has the capability of getting the job done correct and on time. With concrete you only have one chance. Ask to see samples or pictures of past jobs. Do not make any payment, until the job is complete if the job is under $10,000. If the contractor is great at what he does and been around for awhile, they should have funds and accounts to cover the project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The Homeowner usually has an idea of what type of concrete finish they are looking for. We will help them design the project, give them ideas, samples and colors. We will walk then through the whole project.
