What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates for installs are free, diagnostic fee, with flat rate pricing for any part or maintenance there after where required
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mechanical Engineering, 16 years of technician experience in installs and service in HVAC, refrigeration and restaurant and lab equipment; residential, commercial industrial industries.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Estimates are free, duct cleaning comes free with most residential HVAC installs. Service calls start at $129 for residential, and $249 for commercial. Repair time and cost will be presented before work is performed as needed.
How did you get started in this business?
Doing HVAC got me through college.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential and commercial/industrial clients, research laboratories such as the Center for disease control in Fort Collins, CO, and many hospitals and restaurants throughout northern Colorado.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
When hiring any contractor, whether with us, or another company, it's important that your comfortable with whomever you go with. Ask all your questions, and address any thoughts that may come up. Your service professional should be able to explain every aspect of what is going on with your system or next project.
