What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to new requests a quickly a possible. We will do a site visit, sit down and listen to the customers ideas and wants. If needed we will get a deposit and draw up plans, present then to the customer before applying for or permits.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've grown up in the industry and have been involved for many years with the NAHB. We receive continuing education classes through them as well as meet with builders from across the country.
