I've lived in Anaheim Hills since 1998, and I love it here. I have over 25 years experience in I.T. services, with experience in website design & development, webserver administration & hosting, computer repairs, computer tune-ups, virus and malware removal, computer upgrades, software installations, and networking.
I work with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems; servers, desktops and laptops. If it can be done with a computer, I can do it!

Most importantly, in addition to my computer skills, I'm honest, conscientious, and fair. I won't charge you an arm and a leg. It will always be me doing the work (I never send your computer out for repairs, and don't even employ any workers). I will always give you advice and guidance that is in YOUR best interest, even if it is at the expense of my own. I stand behind my work, and unlike many others in this field, I won't disappear after the job is done - I have lived (and worked) in the same home for the past 25 years, so you'll always know where you can find me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction and free consultation over the phone. If hired, most work can be done with 24 hour turnaround. Most jobs can be quoted a flat rate in advance so you'll know the cost before you commit to it. In other cases, my hourly rate is $60 per hour if you bring your computer to me, and $75 per hour at your location. If you can boot your computer, most troubleshooting can be done remotely. Remote service is $60 per hour with no minimum charge. For instance, 30 minutes of service is $30.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Cal State Fullerton and I have over 25 years experience in the I.T. field, with computer repair, data recovery, networking, web design/developement/hosting, digital photography, Graphic Design, Photoshop, and much more.

Hardware and Software Upgrades and Installations as well as standard services such as Tune-up, Clean-up and Optimize, are all done at a flat-rate quoted to you prior to the work. Rates for these services vary depending on the type of machine and its current condition. Web-design, web-development, and web-hosting services will also be quoted at a flat rate in most cases. Any work that must be done on an hourly basis, such as troubleshooting of an unknown issue, will be billed at $60 per hour, if you bring your machine to me, and at $75 per hour if I come to you.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked in the data-recovery business for a couple of years at the beginning of my career, and since then have been self employed as a photographer and web-developer, designing and developing websites for my own online businesses. Now, semi-retired, I've found the the skills I've gained that are in most demand, are my computer repair/upgrade skills.
