About

I've lived in Anaheim Hills since 1998, and I love it here. I have over 25 years experience in I.T. services, with experience in website design & development, webserver administration & hosting, computer repairs, computer tune-ups, virus and malware removal, computer upgrades, software installations, and networking.

I work with Windows, Mac, and Linux systems; servers, desktops and laptops. If it can be done with a computer, I can do it!

If you, or someone you know, needs help with any computer issue, I'd love the opportunity to work with you. Even if your computer is just running slowly and you can’t figure out why... I’m your guy.

Most importantly, in addition to my computer skills, I'm honest, conscientious, and fair. I won't charge you an arm and a leg. It will always be me doing the work (I never send your computer out for repairs, and don't even employ any workers). I will always give you advice and guidance that is in YOUR best interest, even if it is at the expense of my own. I stand behind my work, and unlike many others in this field, I won't disappear after the job is done - I have lived (and worked) in the same home for the past 25 years, so you'll always know where you can find me.

First of all, he is extremely nice. He explained everything very well so that I understood what he was doing. My computer and printer are working beautifully. I couldnt be happier. His prices were good. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again or to refer family or friend to him.

Brad was very knowledgeable, and gave me some good tips on how to improve my experience with my machine, as he moved through the process of cleaning up my W 10 Dell Laptop. He explained everything he was doing, as a watched on my screen. He was very easy to work with, and well worth the price.
He pointed out my need for more c: drive capacity, and in the meantime pulled out enough unneeded programs to tide me over until I can upgrade my SSD.
I have no hesitation in recommending Brad for your computer needs.

    Frequently asked questions

Introduction and free consultation over the phone.  If hired, most work can be done with 24 hour turnaround.  Most jobs can be quoted a flat rate in advance so you'll know the cost before you commit to it.  In other cases, my hourly rate is $75 per hour if you bring your computer to me, and $75 per hour at your location (1 hour minimum charge).  If you can boot your computer, most troubleshooting can be done remotely.  Remote service is $75 per hour with no minimum charge.  For instance, 20 minutes of service is $25.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Cal State Fullerton and I have over 25 years experience in the I.T. field, with computer repair, data recovery, networking, web design/developement/hosting, digital photography, Graphic Design, Photoshop, and much more.

Hardware and Software Upgrades and Installations as well as standard services such as Tune-up, Clean-up and Optimize, are all done at a flat-rate quoted to you prior to the work. Rates for these services vary depending on the type of machine and its current condition. Web-design, web-development, and web-hosting services will also be quoted at a flat rate in most cases. Any work that must be done on an hourly basis, such as troubleshooting of an unknown issue, will be billed at $75 per hour, if you bring your machine to me, and at $75 per hour if I come to you (1 hour minimum).

I worked in the data-recovery business for a couple of years at the beginning of my career, and since then have been self employed as a photographer and web-developer, designing and developing websites for my own online businesses.  Now, semi-retired, I've found the the skills I've gained that are in most demand, are my computer repair/upgrade skills.

I had a client drop off his laptop with me, saying he had spent a couple of hours trying to get his computer to boot. It kept saying "no bootable devices found." Immediately, I checked the BIOS settings and corrected one of the key settings, which fixed the problem. I quickly called him and found he was still in front of my house checking messages on his phone. I was able to give him back his laptop 5 minutes after he dropped it off, and charged him nothing for the service.
Don't trust any computer technician or repair shop that has installed, or want's to install, McAfee security software or Webroot on your computer. They either don't know what they're doing or they have bad intentions. These, programs hog system resources and are often more difficult to remove than the malware they are supposed to protect you from.
    * If your computer problem was prompted with an error message on your device, take note of that error message, or snap a picture of the error message when it appears on screen. It will help your computer technician to determine the cause of nature of the problem. * Be ready to provide the make and model of your computer. This can usually be found on the bottom of a laptop or on the back or the top of a desktop computer. Make a note of the model number, or take a picture of the labels that you can send to your technician. * Think about the problem you're experiencing, and see if you can associate the time that the problem started, with any other activities you engaged in at that time, on your computer. For instance: "Windows was downloading and installing updates, and it needed to reboot. But when I restarted the computer it got stuck on Updating Windows." * If you have tried to fix the problem yourself, make note of any steps you have taken to resolve the problem.
