That way you can rest assured, the cleaners entering your home have been background checked and tested to make sure your family is safe with us. We take quality really seriously and there is no room for mediocre work ,If you're not happy with your service, and let us know within 48 hours, we will be back to fix it for free! As they say, you do get what you pay for! Although we are not the cheapest, we believe that we are competitively priced within the market & affordable. Our prices are priced to make sure we are able to afford and deliver a great service each time to our customers!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking a cleaning is as easy as 1,2,3. You simply go to our booking form on our website. Fill out all the info, and it will give you an instant quote. Fill in your payment details afterwards, and you will have booked a cleaning in less than 60 seconds. Once you have booked your cleaning appointment, you will get an automatic email with your quote and all your personal details. Within a couple hours, you will get a booking confirmation email to show that your appointment has been confirmed, along with a link to our policies for your reference. On the day of your cleaning, the cleaners will show up like clockwork. The cleaners will do an initial walk-through with you to make sure they understand what you want done correctly and will get right to work. Once the cleaning is complete, they will do an after walk through to make sure the job has been done to satisfaction.Once the cleaning is complete your card on file will automatically be charged for the amount due. It will immediately be followed up by an email asking to rate your experience with your cleaner and to check up on how everything went. You can choose to re-book online as needed or get on our recurring service plan by either simply asking us or choosing it on the booking form.

We offer both flat rates and hourly pricing systems for our clients. Our Flat Rate Packages are:
-Standard Cleaning Package (comes with our 44 point checklist)
-Deep Cleaning Package (Standard cleaning plus a couple more add-ons )
-Move In/Out Cleaning Package(Recommended for homes that are being moved in/out from)
Our Hourly Cleanings are customizable for partial cleanings, organizing, odd cleaning jobs or if it is simply your preference :)
