About

With 20 years experience as an IT professional in multiple industries, you can be confident that I will treat your issue with the professionalism that you deserve.

I am an expert with hardware and software issues. I excel at troubleshooting complex problems.

I have two degrees in computer science. My most recent experience as an IT professional was with the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation at the State of California. My job duties regularly had me rebuilding and replacing multiple computers daily, troubleshooting complex issues for customers in a highly stressful environment and taking the lead on multiple projects.

Frequently asked questions

I introduce myself and the IT professional that will be assisting them. I ask about what they are experiencing or what kind of computer they're using such as a Dell PC or an ASUS laptop. I take my time to listen to the customer and empathize with them. I take detailed notes about the issue and I assure them that they will get my complete attention to this.

I approach every new customer issue like a detective. I ask detailed questions of the customer such as "did the issue you experienced have a pop up window with some text about the error?" or "can you recreate the issue"?

I have two computer science degrees that form the foundation from which I've built my career.

Over the last 20 years, I've acquired a large number of skills that have aided me in gaining new opportunities in the Information Technology field.

I typically charge $45/hour for my services.

The COVID outbreak made it difficult to find employment so I decided to venture out for myself. Since that decision, I have assisted many clients with upgrading their computers and network capabilities to keep up with the new work from home environment.

Most of my customers are home based computer users who need a router upgrade or their computer tuned up.

Don't just choose someone who says they can fix anything because that's simply not true. No IT professional can fix everything. We are constantly learning new things about technology and how to support it. Choose someone you feel confident that can fix your specific issue.

I always use the analogy of a doctor and a mechanic. You trust your mechanic to fix your car and your doctor to assist you with your help. Why wouldn't you want an IT professional to fix your computer issues?
