I always put myself in my customer's shoes. I know that customer expects a quick repair of their unit. I provide a 90 days warranty for each repair. I can go to the customer's home to check the TV and I go anywhere from bay area with a minimal fee, and that fee will go towards the repair if they will approve it.
I have been a TV repair tech for over 20 years. I enjoy repairing and finding out what is wrong with every unit I fix. I get excited whenever I fix a dead TV and it's like bringing that TV back to life.

I usually come out and check their system and see what’s the problem and then I give an estimate same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finish computer and networking technician at Anthem Education and also known as Florida Career College at Jacksonville Florida year 2014. I also took vocational course for television and graduated in year 1992. Since 1994 I been repairing tv and almost 25 and until now.
