We pride ourselves on our customer service! Since 1999 we've served business and residential clients alike and we work on an hourly fee basis so you can have all the benefits of your own IT department without the overhead.
We strive for honest, reliable and professional computer and networking expertise. We handle a range of technology arenas from computer repair, data redundancy, networking (including cabling), hardware and peripherals (printers, etc.), software (email, specialized industry programs, etc.) and malware (antivirus and antimalware), to audio/visual systems AND MORE.
We like to say "you bring your problems to us, we bring our solutions to you", as well as "our best customers are referred to us from our best customers".
The people! We enjoy helping others with their technology needs. We also enjoy remaining independent from manufacturers and components so we can make the best recommendation to you based on your needs and budget. We also enjoy working with our sibling - we are an educated and professional brother and sister team.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd like to get to know you and your equipment - how do you use your system? What works well for you and what are some challenges? We might do this over a phone chat or an on-site assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Susan and Raj hold Masters degrees. Additionally, Raj is Microsoft Certified Professional Systems Engineer.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$160/hour regular rate
$240/hour RUSH rate - if we have to move a scheduled appointment to meet your timeframe.
How did you get started in this business?
Raj wanted to work outside of an office environment. Susan left corporate Human Resources during the tech bust of the early 2000's.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've worked with large and small businesses as well as residential customers. Real Estate Agents, Doctors and Dentists, Auto Repair shops, Lawyers, and many small businesses and cottage industries.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
A doctor was starting her own practice and needed data wiring and electrical lines installed during her office build out to meet the needs of her highly specialized medical equipment and her business internet and phone service provider. We were able to provide the cabling she needed, work with her general contractor, and refer her to a top-notch senior business account executive for her internet/phone/tv service. We also provided recommendations for her computers and office copier (and another referral to another top-notch printer/copier contact).
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We are computer repair specialists but we wouldn't attempt to repair our own cars - we take them to the auto specialists. Do what you do best, and let us take care of your technology needs.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Were you considering upgrading your system? It might make sense to purchase new instead of repairing something old and outdated.
What is your budget? Do you want to spend $400 now and $400 in another year or two, or do you want to spend $1200 and have it last a few years? Ammortized over time, the annual expense is roughly equal.
What are you looking for in an IT professional? Do you want maintenance service scheduled or do you want someone to come out when you have issues? We can do both!
