Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
No we don't as every job is different. We are Landscape Contractors and do hire people that are in payroll only. We do carry Workman Compensation Insurance.
Our teams are not comprised of casual labor but highly trained individuals with many years of experience and long term employement with our Company.
How did you get started teaching?
We are not involve in Education at the moment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We are working in small gardens, large estates and everything in between. The only consistency is that our clients are highly detail oriented and understand that quality and well paid team members implies a different fee structure than the standard for the industry.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To have an understanding than quality and low prices never go together.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Rather than thinking of the plant material they love it is important to determine the type and frequency of maintenance they are willing to pay.
Many gardens fail because there has not been a previous education of what comes along with some type of plant material.
