WeMaid has made a great name for itself in the Los Angeles areas. Our service areas cover all of Los Angeles, The Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, and Antelope Valley. We have prided ourselves on providing quality service to anyone looking to get their home cleaned. Our cleaners have 2-5 years of experience, have been vetted, background checked, and interviewed on multiple levels. Each cleaner has been hand selected to join our rapidly growing team. If, by chance, you find yourself unhappy with the cleaner sent out to you, we will send another one! We want you to have the perfect match because we know how important it is that your home is cleaned.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are able to call us directly to book a cleaning, or you can head over to WeMaid's booking page. On our booking page, you will have to options to select: the frequency of your cleaning, the type of cleaning, input you home information, and select any extras you might like to add to your cleaning (i.e. inside fridge, inside oven, blinds, interior windows). You can additional add any notes that you want your cleaner to be aware of.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
WeMaid is a referral agency, therefore, we are not able to train any of our cleaners. However, we have selected cleaners who have many years of experience in the cleaning industry. All cleaners have gone through a number of interview questions and have been referenced checked to meet the criteria we have set.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our pricing is based off of the square footage of your home, the number of bedrooms, and the number of bathrooms. In addition, you can select a frequency for your cleanings. The more frequent, the more of a discount you will receive. Up to 50% OFF the initial cleaning.
How did you get started in this business?
WeMaid started off as a single person cleaning and organizational business here in Los Angeles. With the high demand, due to quality of work, we decided to form a company in order to ensure everyone has the chance to enjoy our top notch services. All cleaners share the same value system that made WeMaid stand out and become successful.
What types of customers have you worked with?
WeMaid has worked with any, and all, types of clients. Los Angeles is a very diverse city so we have seen and been through it all. Nothing is too challenging.
