I recently completed a bathroom renovation with LeCut Construction, and Im very impressed with the result. I found them on Angies List and after interviewing four different companies, I chose them. What stood out was the project manager, Yari, who was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Their quote was fair—not the highest or the lowest, but right in the middle.

Once I signed the contract, I worked with their in-house designer, TAL, who provided an excellent layout and material recommendations. The project started in early July and lasted about five weeks. The entire team, including the crew foreman Luis, was professional and highly responsive. Luis did a great job coordinating all the workers, from the plumber and electrician to the tile installer and painter.

Yari was also incredibly responsive. When the hot water was accidentally turned off after a plumbing installation, I called him late at night, and he immediately got the plumber to return to my house to fix it. This level of dedication made a huge difference.

My new bathroom is beautiful, and Im confident Ill enjoy it for years to come. I highly recommend LeCut Construction to anyone in the San Jose area looking for a reliable and professional company.

LeCut and our project manager Yari Berdugo did an excellent job constructing a carport on our driveway. The work I clided drilling in asphalt, setting up foundations for the car port and constructing an elaborate metal structure. The team delivered beautiful work on time to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely use them again

I hired LeCut Construction to remodel my mothers home since she has trouble communicating in English. I worked with Guy from the start to finish and was impressed with the level of communication from Guy as well as how they stuck to the timeline for the project. They make the process pretty easy by providing you with a design person to work with before the project begins to make sure everyone is on the same page about materials and design (if you dont already have one) and Guy was very flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. The project turned out great and they made every effort to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome.

Very clear in communication, proper contract complete with the body of work along with the price. No change in price in the middle or after the construction. They gave us full freedom in choosing our designs and constructed it exactly like how we wanted it. They also kept on time as planned and the only delays were due to delivery of finished materials like tiles. There were a few difficult situations but they went beyond to find solutions on their own without charging us anything extra. In addition, they are on call for any minor repairs or fixes even one year after the project is complete.
