What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after the inicial phone call, if we agree to an app, we can to our costumer to check on their home for free, if we can to an agreement, we set up a date to start the service and we take from that point.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well i have been doing this for a long time, we use to clean walgreens, no more. i am a handy man that can fix anything ralated to a house, so we provide advice for free to any of our costumers at not charge at all.

yes, we have set up a system and we know well what we do, so we do not work by the oour, but by the service we provide, if the costumer want to go by the our we can do that too, our ourly rate is 30 dollars per hour on each employee we send to that house, so if we take 2 hours by two persons that is 4 hours, $ 120.00
How did you get started in this business?
I went looking for a franchise, but the rate tey have is to low, so i got in to it on my own, we invested 50.000 dollars to start it up, and here we are almost 30 years later.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Alll kind of costumers, we use to clean the house of the milleniun in Oakland ca, we worked for the owner of the tall building in San francsco, the tower.
lawyers, doctors, ingeniers judges and so on, we clean houses with a value of over two and three millions, and so we clean small houses also. we treat everyone the same here.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am a simple person and the street is not my way, if i do not have anything to do, home is the best place to stay, alot safer. but i like to go places and take pictures, i am a strong beliver in God.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
well, my house is not a very spensive house, but what i have in it it is, so i will not let anyone to come in to it unless i know who they are. so the best advice i can give a person looking for house cleanig service is to ask for at least two references, beside that you need to know if they have an address to go to, they have to be real, beside that we have to remember and ask for insurance, for bond and for a licence. and last costumer have to meet the provider in person and see how they feel about it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
they need to know if that company provide all that is need it for the cleaning, or if they have to buy the cleaning agents, who provide the vacuum,how many beds making are include on the regular cleaning, do they do dishwhaser, set up an oven cleaner and so on. we do not do set oven cleaners, and we do not set up dishwhasers, we do not do it for our costumers proteccion, we do not want a dishwhaser to leak and cause a problem if no one is home, same on the oven cleaner.
