My name is Young Kim, my company Kim's Custom Builder

has been operating in the Bay Area for 35+ years.

Our primary work is custom homes and additions. The last 30 years, about 80% of our residential work has been in Cupertino, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Gatos, Los Altos and Stanford.

We also build restaurants. We have built and remodeled 40+ store locations for Subway Sandwiches. Other franchise chains we have worked with are Jamba Juice, Pieology, Maui Waui, Ultimate Video. We also build for private restaurants.

We recently added a wood shop about 15 years ago. We can design, build, finish and install just about any cabinet from start to finish. We can also design/build

I also do a little developing. Buys build and sell homes. Nothing crazy and usually one at a time, when he has time. 4 in Cupertino, 2 in Palo Alto, 1 currently ongoing.

We just finished a 3500 sq/ft home in Los Gatos,

a 2500 sq/ft new construction in Los Gatos and a 1200 sq/ft addition in Menlo Park.
