Meeting with them and/or talking to them over the phone to find out what their needs and wants are.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Depending on what I am doing. I have hàd hands on trading with everything I do. I have friends & family who are professionals in their trades, who have trained me very well. I have also gone to school for some of my tradesI have done bathroom to floor tiles, installing wood, laminate and tile floors, organized closets, garages and cabinets, taking care of pets (horses, birds, dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens and more.), I do gardening/landscaping.

I charge 50.00 an hour. Depending on the job, price maybe negotiable.
